Just a single album and a bunch of singles, rising star Linda Di Franco debuted in 1985 and left the scene all of a sudden in 1986. Her first album was a combined effort produced by Don Was (Blue Note’s Renaissance Music Man and previously leader of post disco combo Was Not Was), a gentle selection of soul-pop ballads and lushy synth arrangements. With leading single ‘My Boss’ the album shows an ethereal continuum with an excellent rendition of Burt Bacharach ‘The Look Of Love’. Recorded in London, Detroit and New York the Rise Of The Heart is definitely a keystone in the rising club culture revolution verging on the more existentialist pop aesthetic. Groovin Recordings move forward with the unreleased series focusing on rising Italian producers. It is now the moment for Peter LC, one of the most interesting young artists in the new italo-house scene. Born with a distinctive passion for Disco and House music, Peter loves to experiment with all the shapes of house from Italo, Deep Tech, and Classic House genres, continually evolving his unique sound. Diego Ruiz, aka DFRA, is an Argentine music producer very active in the last five years with several productions in the underground deep house scene. Now he's definitely setting the bar at the highest level with this project. He's introducing a full band of musicians with jazzy roots, and the result is a four-track EP that's a clear fusion of how jazz and electronic music merge in a unique way. Edoardo Florio Di Grazia is a singer-songwriter from the Amalfi Coast, born in Florence and living in Paris. After moving to Paris he began collaborating with the French producer Bruno Hovart "Patchworks", here working under his "Voilaaa" alias. Together, they created "Indossare Il Mare", a hymn to the return to one's origins, characterized by a fresh and Mediterranean sound. After the digital release in France only, Groovin Recordings will release a special vinyl edition for Record Store Day 2024, also including a remix by Giacomo Lecchi D'Alessandro.

Love Letters is the debut album of urban singer-songwriter Raffaella Zago. The first album of the Paduan-born, Milan-based artist contains ten tracks influenced by soul, jazz, funk and hip hop that deal repeatedly with the theme of love. In 2023, Raffaella Zago quickly attracted attention with her first official song, a nu-soul reinterpretation of "Money Trees", a song by the most praised rapper of the last decade, Kendrick Lamar, for which she composed a new melody. The other pieces of "Love Letters", in which she addresses people who have been or are part of her life, reaffirm her vocal, writing and composing skills.

Groovin Recordings is proud to repress another masterpiece of the BLAZE duo, Kevin Hedge and Josh Milan, here under the BLACK RASCALS alias. In 1993 they released only few singles that still represent a landmark in the early 90's deep-house scene. “Keeping my Mind” will be out in late January with the same tracklisting of the original release, just like “So in Love”, that is going to be repressed in February.
