Guber releases his first EP on Paris based label Beat X Changers at the intersection of Ambiant and mental UK Bass music. The whole project is held by alternation of Slope / Release of sub-frequency and obsessional loop that dye each tracks. Anisotropic Expression is a first work that could be seen here as an draft representation of the behavior of surrounding matter. Non musical influences therefore are brought here by the the study of properties of materials expressed in a musical statement. Raw obsessional patterns, evolving and rolling out over the headroom could be seen as the emulation of many deformation models. Shaping of stereo and arrangement have been handled with the help of the sound engineer & producer X_1 leading to home or club-listening experience as well. Guber is been into music by listening & playing some music of the 70’s and trash-metal that drove him straight to UK Bass music. Since there he is only focusing on spontaneous creation showing faithfull perception of thoughts, leading to a higher level of singularity.

Beat X Changers comes back to you with our new release, introducing young and gifted Canadian producer Ferness. Matthew joined the Beat X crew following what has become a classical path to the producers of the labels. After joining the forum in 2015, he shared a collab with Frakktale on ‘Speed Luanda’ which got our attention with its deep, broken and melodic structure. Today we can proudly introduce you to his first release - Internet/Dreams/Deception – which will take you in a soft and beautiful daydream tinted with a 80’s grain.

This EP is the second part of a trilogy that Neue Grafik began with "Pris" on the label Beat X Changers. The next and last EP of the series coming up on this label will be "The end of the Replicant stories". For the moment, are out :­ Pris (A basic pleasure model) ­ Roy (Nexus 6 who killed is creator) Like Roy, Batty said to himself: "It's not an easy thing to meet your maker". The music on this EP is about anger, acceptation, love and complicated relationships with fathers. There is a lot of references to African roots, legends and to Neue Grafik's deep feelings for the city of Paris.

Paris-based Beat X Changers brings up to you a new record with a collaborative project in the shape of classic cuts.Our new release introduces two new French artists brought together on a split EP: Tell from Paris and Name from the sunny Avignon city, both of them backed- up by exclusive remixes from three of our historical Beat X producers: Neue Grafik and Pulkone (aka X_1 & Monomite).On the A-side, discover Tell - a 20-year old jazz drummer - who releases two soulful and melodic tracks. You’ll recognize the heat of the MPC grain, obsessing samples and uplifting breaks. On the B-side, Southern producer Name offers a disco-like and funky house music via two dancing tracks with a clear reference to the clubbing universe of New York and Chicago. This activist Dj and experimented producer – he is an Ableton teacher on the side – gained recognition in the South of France music scene in the last decade and reached the ears of producer Kink.Grand Écart (i.e. wide gap or split) recalls the time it took to release this EP. It’s also a geographical gap, a gap between the ideas of the five artists brought together on this release, a gap between our expectations and the reality of some passed – or cancelled – venues in Paris. We have always believed in this project and in our flexibility

Two years after releasing his first EP, X_1 pursues his exploration of the connections between electronic codes and sounds related to space, stories or emotions. This disc is teinted with Electroacoustic influences and its three tracks, "Le Glitch", "Happy Hifi" & "Tangente a l’Ouest" each have their own identity. They are all indeed dedicated to both dancing and meditating. This disc aims to generate proper listening moments and emotions wether you’re in a club, at home, in the street, alone or with some friends. Three colored wanderings that came out of this young producer’s mind.

Ep multicolore, Monomite voyage entre Jazz, Funk, UK Bass dans un univers résolument House. Chaque titre de cet ovni dans le monde de la house, décrit sa vision d’un état en rapport avec l'espace, le temps, le corps et l'esprit. A l'auditeur d'y faire les associations qu'il veut dans une salle obscure, tout en dansant sur sa rythmique frénétique lié à sa passion première, la ligne de basse. Ce n’est pas un hasard si les quatre concepts qui forment l’Ep sont directement connectés à l’univers de la danse. Cet Ep a été écrit autant pour l’esprit que pour le corps, avec un morceau clin d’œil à la communauté de House Dancers parisienne qui se réunit une fois par mois au travers des évènements Tap Water Jam. Arrivée de ce vaisseau rempli de danseurs le 16 février.
