Demi Riquisimo’s Semi Delicious celebrates its 20th release with a peak-time 4-track EP from Leeds-based production talent, Kepler— another stand out addition to the label’s impressive catalogue, dropping on 29th November.

Opening the Ep is ‘Step Up,’ a sub-bass-driven journey that layers relentless percussive grooves, squelchy acid lines, and proggy chord hooks, encapsulating the quintessential Semi Delicious vibe.

Next up, ‘Swoon’ glides in with a playful FM- bass lead, steering the track’s flow while staccato vocal stabs and soothing pads create a perfectly balanced, dancefloor-ready arrangement.

On the B- side, ‘Acid Flow’ delivers as promised, with classic 303 leads and smooth basstones, set against Kepler’s signature drum palette for a distinct yet timeless feel.

Rounding off the EP, ‘Separation’ brings a swing-infused, stab by house vibe—a nod to classic US house, yet unmistakably stamped with Kepler’s unique UK tech-house sound.

Hot off the heels of our first release, which saw us top the Juno charts and sell out in record stores across the UK, our 2nd EP is sure to keep the foot firmly on the gas! This 4 track EP is sure to set hearts on fire and deliver a huge dose of energy to dancefloors across the globe. While we find ourselves in a time where it seems every producer is turning to the 'old School' sound, its safe to say there's only a select few who can truly pull it off, and it goes without saying that Jackmaster K is one of them! This young gun from Birmingham has burst onto the scene with huge releases on the likes of Skylax & Killax, Seven music, Made Fresh Daily, Music is Love records, and Midnight Love Club he is no stranger to the Pathway Traxx camp. Title track 'Emotions' captures a truly 'Housey' house vibe, raw snappy percussion makes up the foundations, nostalgic synth stabs reverberate alongside subtle rising strings taking us straight back on a 90's trip, sultry female vocals suit the track down to a tee and with a underlying bass line keeping things in check we've got a real dance floor destroyer on our hands. 'Stay In Love' ramps the nostalgia up a notch with another strong rhythm, melodic sax sampling, on point vocals once again combine perfectly with warm chords that really give us a display of Jackmaster K's production talents. Head honcho of Music Is Love Records Oli Furness steps up to deliver a tasty 'Warehouse Dub' of 'Emotions', he's given us a little more meat with a punchy kick doing the business throughout, infectious piano creeps alongside bass to provide a perfect interpretation of the original. Owner of another hugely popular underground label, Jamie Trench, of Roots For Bloom Records takes on remix duties for 'Stay In Love'. Keeping it raw Jamie utilizes sharp hi hats, rolling snares, bouncing bass lines and subtle vocal chops to offer another groove up on this big future release. With something for everyone, this 2nd chapter in the Pathway Traxx journey is sure to be a huge success!
