Physical Therapy makes his debut on Spencer Parker's Work Them Records with a medley of club focused techno cuts. Growing up in New Jersey, Physical Therapy later moved to Chicago, then New York, before finally settling in Berlin where he's quickly built a profile as a stand out DJ/producer. Baktadust comes in the form of two tracks: the fast tempo main mix that combines peppy piano riffs and metallic effects, as well as a slower fried mix featuring cleaner chords and a sultry bassline.
Push Me then demonstrates robust percussion, a rumbling low-end and eerie tremolo atmospherics before shadowy echoes and off kilter kicks conclude the release in Spasm.

For the label’s 10th release, US born, Berlin based Physical Therapy will see his inaugural release on the label. He takes a different tone to previous releases - with a hard hitting drum kit featuring heavily throughout the 6 tracks, aptly named ’Hit The Breaks’ explores a range of sounds within and beyond the realms of breakbeat.

A1 cuts to the chase with the soul-inflected number “Thank You for Believing in Me”: a slapping house beat carries a soaring vocal refrain through rattling percussion and fretless bass. A2 shifts into sexier territory, as an enticing brass motif dances on top of titillating pulses, punchy breakbeats and an authoritative bounce.
