The extraordinary trio creates a fascinating, atmospheric fusion of electronic sounds, piano, violin, percussion,
field recordings, and mystical Ladino texts and chants with "Metamorfosa." Metamorfosa is a new band project
founded by Marlene Schuen (Italy), Dimitri Andreas (Belgium), and Marc Romboy (Germany).
The arrangements, co-compositions, and production come from Marc Romboy and Dimitri Andreas (Music Man,
Systematic). Marc Romboy has been releasing electronic music since 1991 and has performed worldwide in
legendary clubs like Berghain, Rex Paris, Fabric London, and Womb Tokyo. Marlene Schuen's lyrics for
Metamorfosa revolve around nature and stories of mythical creatures in the mountain world of South Tyrol, taking
the listener into the world of her homeland. Her impressive voice and singing style deeply touched and fascinated
Marc and Andreas from the very beginning, ultimately inspiring them to create this fusion of electronic sounds,
atmospheric piano parts, violin, field recordings, percussion, and Ladino singing. More

The release of Marc‘s album „Voyage de la planète“ in 2017 marked a new era of his career. With ten rather beatless tracks where he combined his definition of electronica with classical instruments like violine, cello, double bass and piano Marc began to walk the path of fresh sounding music for the brain. The title track has been the most successful one so that Marc called no one else than Erased Tape‘s poster boy Ben Lukas Boysen from Berlin to contribute his very own interpretation. Ben created a typical and unique version which comes along with a, believe it or not, 4/4 kick pattetn towards the end. But listen yourself, it totally makes sense. After the great success of his new-classsical album “Voyage de la planète” last year Marc Romboy releases a special 7“ single according to the album. And once again as he experiments with his sound - pushing the boundaries between classical and electronic music to create both an emotional and atmospheric experience.

The title track „Voyage de la planete“ was especially taped at the Robert-Schumann-Saal in Düsseldorf to create a highgrade recording of each classical instrument. The difference between a studio roon and a concert hall is remarkable.

Another highly acclaimed track, „La lune et l´etoile“ comes along with an outstanding piano only version which improves once again that less can be so much more.

Marc Romboy presents his upcoming album “Voyage de la planète” his first solo full-length production in over eight years. Released on his newly launched Hyperharmonic label, Voyage de la Plantète signifies an exciting new chapter for Marc as he experiments with his sound - pushing the boundaries between classical and electronic music to create both an emotional and atmospheric experience. The first impression of this new sound can be heard on this 10“, the album opener „Monde futuristewhich blends together beautiful strings and soft flittering synths. While „Monde futuriste“ merges the beauty of the violine played by Miki Kekenj and electronic arrangments, „Voyage de la planète“ mixes the two mediums together with fluttering synths and a somber string quartet. Inspired by a concert with the Dortmund Philharmonic Orchestra where he performed Claude Debussy works in a contemporary way, this 10“ and the album signify the start of a new chapter for Marc Romboy.
