ELLES totally flips the script on GCP and turns in a hazy, broken beat style electro groover with a full vocal giving it the sound of a lost track by A Certain Ratio.

Psychederek takes the 'make sure to go really wonky!' advice we gave when sending the parts to Condor and matches ELLES with his full on acid tinged psych wig-out rework. The beat sure is broken, the bass guitar punches, the old school piano thumps and the whole thing sounds like an amazing Andrew Weatherall remix from the mid 90's you never knew existed.

PBR Streetgang return to their home imprint after a brief hiatus with possibly the strongest release on the label to date and a heavy remix from cult producer Johnny Aux.

'Zoot Module' is a moody, low slung slab of Electro with haunting riffs, holding your sonic gaze front and centre.

The EP’s title track, 'Sendeturm' is named after the tower atop a very special lookout directly above the Love International festival site. The beatless piece, a melancholic ode to a lost summer in place of beauty.

On the flip Paranoid London member Johnny Aux turns out his signature rough & raw dirtbox sound that burrows its way under your skin. A true Electronic Body Mover. And closing the B side out 'Thru The Shutters' was imagined as a last track on the early hours of Sunday morning dancefloor but could just as easily be a blissed out home listen. PBR Streetgang return to their newly launched KURTZ imprint this October to deliver ‘Acid Tools’, accompanied by Wilde Renate residents Longhair on remix duties.
Founded in Leeds but now found touring the international scene week in, week out, Bonar Bradberry and Tom Thorpe, aka PBR Streetgang, have cemented their position as leading names within the current house and disco landscape via a slew of stand-out releases on imprints such as Skint, Crosstown Rebels and Futureboogie, plus appearances in 2019 alone at Glastonbury, Love International, Printworks and a summer residency at Pikes Ibiza to name just a few. Launched earlier this year, their new KURTZ imprint quickly found favour amongst a who’s who of the industry’s leading names, from Andrew Weatherall to Bicep, Hot Chip to Soul Clap, and here we see the duo step out again on home turf to deliver the second instalment as they reveal their Acid Tools’ EP, featuring three versions of the up-front ‘Ron’ - each of which have been doing damage in their sets across the summer months - backed by a remix from Wilde Renate residents Longhair.
Up first and delivering the ‘Full Fat’, version one sees Bradberry and Thorpe introduce punchy analogue percussion arrangements in tandem with a chunky, menacing acid line at the production’s core, whilst infectious vocal samples and hooks ebb in and out of the mix to guide the production as it chugs along, whilst the ‘Half Fat’ mix strips back the vocals to reveal a driving and warping journey across six-and-a-half minutes. Next up, Berlin duo Longhair’s remix welcomes a low-slung interpretation armed with delayed effects and sci-fi atmospherics to provide a combination of rich depth and space, before rounding out proceedings via the ‘Fully-Skimmed’ mix – a high-energy 909 fueled workout set to feature as a favourite for many across the months ahead.

One of the UK’s finest home grown talents are back with new music on their own label since the release of ‘Late Night Party Line’.
The killer lead cut ‘Big Wig’ takes us all the way to the late-night discos of NYC and right back to Europe via London and Berlin. It’s richly melodic, sizzling with promise and packed with PBR goodness, and easily their biggest record since ‘Late Night Party Line’.
The remix from Donald Dust adds some classic New Order-esque club sheen but fully updates for contemporary floors, while ‘Shooting Star’ with its nod to F G T H, is an equally incisive club burner which puts PBR right back where they belong, in the middle of the dancefloor.

Four of the strongest club mixes from the Deluxe version of PBR Streetgng’s ‘Late Night Party Line’ will make their way to their rightful vinyl home on March 15th.
The four tracks here have been hand-picked for maximum musical power and all bring something different to the floor. PBR Streetgang - Montu’ (Paul Woolford Remix) is the first, with a signature Woolford piano powering this pristine house music instrumental all the way from Leeds. Next up is a particularly percussive production from fast rising Berliner Cinthie. ‘I Left My Heart’ (Cinthie Remix) is one for Panorama Bar and Peckham floors alike.
Then ‘Money, Casino, Brass’ (Hercules & Love Affair Remix) steps up on the flip, a decidedly daring and different take from Love Affair disco legend Andy Butler. Their unique musical approach threads Paradise Garage disco to deep groovy house and tracky beats seamlessly, never failing to connect with the crowd. Over the last five years, their DJ partnership has evolved into audience enthralling sets which flow effortlessly from Ableton live to the turntables and back again. The duo have landed a much sought after and prestigious residency at the famed WeLove…party playing on the terrace at Space, Ibiza as well as playing all over the world, from The Garden Festival to the Warehouse Project and Renate. Building on from critically acclaimed releases on labels such as 2020 Vision, Future Boogie, Hot Creations, Hypercolour and Southern Fried Records, PBR have come to Throne of Blood with three quirky and emotive house jams. The Achilles EP is an eclectic trip through deep house, moving from the piano-heavy "Achilles" to the narcotic vibe of "Name It Later" and the discoid "Trap Door." PPBR Streetgang have a long lasting relationship with 2020Vision, through the various record shops, dancefloors and after parties shared in Leeds over the years. They have also remixed tracks from the last two Crazy P albums for the label. As residents at We Love at Space Ibiza they've carved a niche as a classy DJ double act as adept at backroom disco sets or terrace filling house tear ups, all delivered with a smattering of funk and good times. Their debut 2020 EP follows up their 'Downstroke' release for Hot Creations, a huge throbbing low slung houser indebted to Mike Dunn's classic 'God Made Me Phunky'. This EP continues the vibe of this last release, all tracks drip with funk in a sleazy house flavour with a definite disco edge. Much like the PBR DJ sound they have now found a trademark production style that utilises their love of a body shaking bassline, crisp beats, quirky samples and a unifying groove.

Jaden Thompson returns to Crosstown Rebels with ‘Downtown’, with remixes from HoneyLuv and Ghoulish. Marking his first solo outing on the label following ‘Talking Walls’ alongside Seth Troxler, the fabric resident impresses once more following recent material on Classic Music Company, PIV and his own Midnight Parade imprint. A new school talent whose sound takes cues from Chicago while pointing to the future with forward-thinking allure and energy, Jaden Thompson’s ascent is well-documented, having been tipped by an endless list of industry heavyweights and global media outlets from an early age. Releasing on labels such as Cuttin’ Headz and Classic Music Company, amongst others, plus his own Midnight Parade imprint, Thompson’s sound and dynamic sets have seen the UK talent become a favourite for many while also hosting his ongoing Rinse FM show and curating mixes for the likes of Circoloco and Keinemusik through to Nike for it’s annual Air Max Day. Oceanvs Orientalis reveals the second single from his forthcoming album on Crosstown Rebels with ‘Heart Pieces’ feat. Idil Mese, accompanied by remixes from Mustafa Ismaeel and Nightmares On Wax. A producer, live performer and solo act whose productions merge influences spanning Turkish, Kurdish, Armenian and Arabic sonics and beyond, Safak Oz Kutle, aka Oceanvs Orientalis, has crafted a sound that is entirely his own ever since making his debut back in 2014. Following on from his impressive debut appearance on the imprint with ‘Il Lupo’ alongside Italian talent Tooker, revealing the first single from his forthcoming album, the Istanbul-based talent is back on Crosstown Rebels with another gem taken from the project as he reunites with singer-songwriter Idil Mese for the excellent ‘Heart Pieces’ - with remixes from Crosstown and Rebellion regular Mustafa Ismaael, and legendary house talent and Warp favourite Nightmares On Wax. Oceanvs Orientalis teams up with Italian artist Tooker and joins the Crosstown Rebels roster with ‘II Lupo’, including a remix from Acid Pauli. Hailing from Istanbul, Safak Oz Kutle, also known as Oceanvs Orientalis, is a true maestro at crafting hypnotic, evolving sounds while blending a diverse mix of Turkish, Kurdish, Arabic and Armenian influences. Unfolding after a busy year of performances at venues across the globe, including a notable appearance at Crosstown Rebels’ Rebel Rave at Club Space Miami, he now combines his signature downtempo sound with the talents of Italian native Tooker, a partnership two years in the making. Crafting a slick and heady groove before launching into a hypnotic haze accenting by a bubbling bassline, ‘Mind Games’ is an infectious and vibrant house cut as Shyam P’s alluring vocals take hold amongst emotive builds and breaks. Founder of his own labels MÜSE and CRZ, while featuring as a key member of the Solid Grooves Family, Cruz’s longstanding ties to Crosstown Rebels date back to his debut in 2018. Returning to the imprint following his excellent album ‘Roots’ in 2021, plus his recent contribution to the 20th Anniversary compilation with his remix of Pier Bucci’s ‘Hay Consuelo’, Cruz is back in emphatic fashion as he marks the 300th release in the label’s revered catalogue with his latest EP ‘The Snake Charmer’ - featuring two solo tracks alongside collaborations with fellow Crosstown signee Ian Ludvig and label founder Damian Lazarus himself. A master of crafting rolling arrangements with subtle nuances that keep dancefloors locked in unison, the four tracks across the package see Cruz experiment even further as he showcases a global array of influences. Serge Devant returns to Crosstown Rebels with his mesmerising new single ‘A Little Bit Of Love’, complete with a remix from Art Department & MDL Child. Thanks to his fresh house sound, New York resident Serge Devant has turned the heads of tastemakers like Jamie Jones and Damian Lazarus for several years. A regular on Crosstown Rebels dating back to his label debut in 2015, dropping a string of EPs on the label since, he arrives in fine form once again as he unveils his latest single. His brilliant ‘A Little Bit Of Love’ is an inventive rhythm that soon sweeps you up with its wavy beats and slick hits. Gorgeous chords are draped over it next to steamy vocals to ensure a truly emotive dance floor trip, while the dub version strips out the lead vocal to lay the focus on the remaining musical elements. The remix comes from Jonny White, aka pioneering underground artist and No. 19 Music boss Art Department, and fellow Canadian talent MDL Child.
