Such is indeed for SLS album "The Man With The Case" remixes pack. On the A side you have label boss Shlomi Aber, soon to release his 2nd long awaited artist album on Ovum, who has reworked "Big Bad Drum" in a jazzier, dubbier vein. Damage is assured on the dancefloors. Cadenza's main man Reboot takes Samuel's "The Soloist" and turns it into an hipnotic techno journey, something very different from what Frank is known for. Stacey Pullen needs no introduction, being one of the leaders of the Second Wave of Detroit Techno he's a legend in the scene. With him, SLS' "Sections" get reworked to a new high. To close the package, "The Soloist" get remixed by SLS himself, and it's turned into a new dancefloor groover, bearing once again the swedish master imprint.

Over the past ten years, the Fumakilla team has been weaving 1s and 0s into intricate patterns, establishing itself as a source for sexy and pumpin' club tracks with a sophisticated, artful bend (matched by its award-winning record sleeve designs). The dance label has gained a reputation of quality over quantity, with around 40 releases (including sublabel Fumalab) in its decade of existence, allowing creativity to flow at its own pace, striving toward a certain timeless quality. Hypnotize to mesmerize. That's always been Mark E's thing. Enjoying a sterling reputation as an editor as well as establishing his own label MERC with a string of well made 12"s and two dope compilations, the man from Birmingham complements our little label again with some original productions. Starting with out with Nobody Else, Mark puts love on top of love. Unfortunately for you - and good for us - you have to fetch a second copy to go back and forth with the weighty bonus beats. Flip side: The Wolf is a murky trip into classic cavernous house music with a bottom-heavy ruffneck sound and an attention drawing siren. That alarm bell is also included in a minute-long extra FX section and for those that cannot get enough, seeks and ye shall find a locked-groove. People who like to carry their record collection around on a hard-drive, will also be pleased to know that there is an additional track to be found on the digital release (no locked grooves there, we're afraid). It's a contemplative force called Stoneleigh Express. E is for earthquake!

Der Dritte Raum is back! It's hard to believe but it's been 16 years since Andreas Krüger released his first album on Harthouse, followed by five more albums and countless 12-inches on various labels. This coming album, his seventh, will be released on his own imprint Save to Disc, which has recently been the subject of a friendly takeover by Andreas.
With Rosa Rausch, Andreas has released another one of his typical musical kaleidoscopes. His distinctive grooves last from the first to the very last bar of the record - sometimes brisk, sometimes subtle; he knows how to fascinate his audience. His deep love for hypnotic arrangements and entrancing synth-lines - derived from the classic machines of the last century - exudes from every moment of this album. Still the tracks don't fit the usual labels. The impact of two decades of House and Techno merge with solid Ambient sounds, Electro and Swing into a genre-busting amalgam full of musical surprises. You can hear that this bedrock of Techno history is beyond proving himself to anyone, every musical facet is an exactly placed but casual shot from the hip. Andreas exquisitely manages to transfer day-to-day inspiration into distinct musical positions.
Wonderful moments come out of this vintage machinery: pounding and hissing like a steam train, title track Rosa Rausch gains momentum on this trip into the countryside. Beats jingle cheerfully like ice cubes in a highball glass. Summery synthies convey a feeling of sand between your toes. Two other tracks, Lieblingsloop and Blautaut, also have this spirit of the summer; with a feeling of effortlessness and of the sun shining on your face, the music takes your hand and draws you to the dance floor.
That's where Swing Bop is already waiting for you. Last year's uber-hit, still putting a smile on all our faces. But, as we all know, Der Dritte Raum has other sides to him, too. Gerät außer Kontrolle lets lose a crazy percussion session, a worthy reference to old school Techno.
Soft and warm, the album comes to an end; the descent begins with a Kleine Freiluftschleife, on Weitwelt, we take one last round through the orbit in our little space ship and dreamily look at Andreas Krüger's sound universe. At the Landungsbrücken, the pilot finally drops us off. We stay on the bank for a little while, relive those manifold images of our journey and enjoy the evening sun on our faces. Life's good.

Finally here it comes! After his über-successful last album "Großstadtmärchen" including the singles "Hypnotized" and "U-Bahn" Oliver Koletzki is now releasing the first single release of his new album "Lovestoned" that is set to be released in autumn this year. For the album, and subsequently this first glimpse of the album, Oliver Koletzki has teamed up with singer and girlfriend Fran, who previously hypnotized listeners across the country with her magical voice. "Arrow and Bow" - the title hints at what this song is about: love! Musically the track is a thrilling trip into 80ies pop sounds: synthesizers that cause goose bumps, clap snares that will move heads and toes and of course, Fran's beautiful voice that reminds us about the wonderful game of getting to know each other. This is an authentic love song, a danceable pas de deux that has one message: love is fun!
The single comes with three extra versions of the original track and Oliver has really managed to convince some of the hottest names in house and techno to remix this first single. Man of the moment Marek Hemann has turned the track into a deeply romantic house affair. Keeping some of the best parts of the vocal but colouring them with some beautifully melodic synthesizer patterns makes "Arrow and Bow" fit for the educated dancefloor and ready for summery house music action. Purely wonderful! Then, Stil vor Talent's very own Channel X have taken a more minimal approach transforming the poppy original into a grooving and pumping piece of tech-house. Filled with effects and one of the purest breakdowns this track keeps bouncing right through until the end. This is killer - no filler. Of course, Oliver Koletzki himself has taken the original to produce a club remix. And this track combines Oliver's ability of songwriting with his skills and perceptions of a DJ. The superb mix of steady house grooves and piano melodies juxtaposed with snippets of the original vocals make this track highly ready for any kind of dancefloor.
This record is the perfect appetiser for the album. Summery, happy and jolly and yet very much made for the dancefloor. We can't wait for "Lovestoned".

Born in New Zealand but living in Australia his various releases on Cocoon, Get Physical, Dirty Bird und Modular made us love him and now he's bringing the goldrush to us. Not only because his tracks are always stable investments in the Tech-House area but also because the title of the A1 track "Eureka" goes back to the days of the Australian goldrush. But the other side of the coin isn't made of cheap tin either. "Counter Point" keeps on digging on B1 looking for the buried acoustic treasure and "Vertigo" shimmers mystically on B1.
