Repress! Re-issue of the amazing Sumerian Fleet 5 track ep full of big dark wave inspired tracks. The perfect sound track for a movie such as Irreversible. Scary, haunting and dirty! Repress! Versalife's N.T.A. part 2 is taking us further down deep into the night! This is some of the at widest, cleanest, most absorbing electro, techno tracks we've heard in a while! Especially the b-side tracks oozes twilight suave and atmosphere with its precise electro pulse and caressing midnight sounds. Versalife is creating a setting with sounds radiating the midnight atmosphere that reflects the twin peak-esque life on a almost deserted windy dutch coastal island where the clouds rush through the dark night time skies projecting all variations of grey and black on the mystifying dunes. CRISPR (clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats) is a family of DNA sequences found in the genomes organisms such as bacteria and archaea. The discovery of clustered DNA repeats occurred independently in three parts of the world. The first description of what would later be called CRISPR is from Osaka University in 1987. They accidentally cloned part of a CRISPR sequence together with a gene that was their target. The organization of the repeats was unusual. Repeated sequences are typically arranged consecutively, without interspersed different sequences. They did not know the function of the interrupted clustered repeats.

After his debut 12inch series Night Time Activities, here a full length album inspired by the horizons and emptyness of his home lands in Friesland. Accompanied by beautyful artwork of fellow Frisian, and one of Hollands most talented painters, Robert Zandvliet (who happens to have his atelier around the corner of the Clone Hq). His amazing painting "Winter by Jouswier" (spread among the front and backside of the gatefold sleeve) symbolizes perfectly the rhythm of the open spaces in Friesland. Especialy in the whitened more abstract and cold winter landscape thats almost synonym for Versalife's abstract ice cold electro techno.
