Singular Records is really happy to welcome Colin Mckeown, aka The Parallel, from Dublin, for the third release on the label. Known for making timeless detroit house and techno, he delivered another splendid Ep this time, "RED FLASH Ep", warm and emotional, perfect recordings from a very unique producer.

Singular Records is back with a brand new ep by the label head himself, Marcelus. You will find very deep tracks in this new ep, detroitish grooves and soundscapes. The A side contains two techno cuts, "Another way" and "Sonic Cigars", perfect for intense techno moments on the floor, and are very disctinctive by the groove and colors. The B side is a more atmospheric one, "Enlightenment" is the one for special moments full of sweet textures that gives real deepness. And closing the ep, "It's out there", a deep ambient cut, showing once again the extented tastes and skills from the parisian DJ.

This december is the birth of Singular records, Marcelus'own label, based in Paris. Since two years, the dj and producer Ermerged in the techno scene, releasing his own materials on labels such as DJ Deep's Deeply rooted house records, Delsin's Ann Aimee or legendary Tresor records, played by established techno djs over the globe, and playing out himself in renowned clubs like Tresor, Fabric, Propaganda or Berghain, it has been quite an intense start for the french joke. Fed by these recent experiences, Marcelus is opening Singular records, a way to give, participate and getting more involved into techno. The label kicks off with the very first EP of Claudia Anderson, Vienna based new artist. At only 24 years old, her maturity exudes through her tracks, her music can easily find its place in best djs'crates. The A side is clearly techno, the sharpness of "Hysteria" and the deep dubby atmosphere of "Organic" are a very solid introduction of the Austrian producer's potential. The B side is more intimate, "Restless legs" is a minimalistic trip directly inspired from a Panorama bar night, and you will find yourself in a kind of urban jungle with "Falling lines" closing the EP. She reminds Cassy by the talent, also able to play long and deep sets as a DJ, what she did localy in Vienna over the past years, there is no doubts that she got something.
