Underground artists to emerge over the last few years. Combining a bruk shuffle with a natural flare for techno, Presk has been carving out his own subtle niche since 2011. Each track on this release stands tall alone, showcasing Presks natural leanings, from the raw broken funk hit of 'Saluki', the warped techno of 'Mod1 & Rais' to the deft touch of 'Vigor'. This is Presk at his very best, showing whats to come of this exciting producer and marking a very fitting return to the label. With support already from Gilles Peterson and a prime slot on Jackmaster’s soon-to-become- legendary Mastermix 4, Saluki is set to be around for a while. Don't sleep on this one.

2020 Midnight Visions return with another superb ep of fresh club music. The third release on the new offshoot label comes from Holland's Presk whose previously released on Ramp offshoot Fourth Wave and on Doc Daneeka's Ten Thousand Yen label. This EP follows where those left off mixing techno, skippy garage drums, and classic house styles with a close eye on the rave. The two a-side tracks 'Nobody Makes Me Do' and 'Akola' are cut from the same cloth, channeling classic electro and jackin house styles with choice vocals samples, but with an undeniable 2012 twist and are both aimed squarely at the dance. Cerano City on the flip takes a slightly different route to the dancefloor, with its hypnotic Detroit pads and definite C2 influence, in the right hands at the right time this will cause some serious damage. This is another excellent EP from 2020 Midnight Visons and another clear statement of their intent to release forward thinking club music

Ten Thousand Yen is proud to present our new signing: Presk. He weighs in with the sublime 4 track Love Again E.P. as the first ever 12" on TTY. We first came across Presk in Eindhoven last year playing support for Doc Daneeka. He played a set of straight original material and tore the place down. ?Since then we've heckled and begged until he finally signed his life away to us, and now that we own his soul we plan on sharing it with you. This E.P. comes correct for 2011 - with Presk riding off the back off a cheeky Tyler remix that is messing up dancefloors and topping charts all over the shop. Sharp edged rhythmic dance music with a distinctly techno lean - we really love the tunes and are super excited about this release, hope you're feeling them too.
