“Church of the real” is the Tape 4th studio album by Danish indie band I Got You On Tape, but only the second album to be released in Europe, following the 2010 release of their award winning breakthrough album “Spinning for the cause". The new album went straight to no. 1 in the charts when it was released in the fall of 2011 in Denmark. First single “Run from the rain” was a huge hit and among the top 5 most played songs on Danish national radio in 2011. Follow up singles “Church of the real” and “TNT” have proven equally successful and confirmed the bands position as one of the absolute heavyweights on the Danish music scene. The band recently headlined Roskilde Festival, performing for more than 25.000 people. I Got You On Tape is a much respected and critically acclaimed band, and front man Jacob Bellens is widely known and appraised for his unique voice and his song writing skills. This album contains remixes from 3 top Danish dj’s, for example the world famous “Trentemøller” as well as 2 bonus tracks.
